OFFROAD RULE & CLASSES

HERE IS A LIST OF ALL OF THE CLASSES AND RULES & REGULATIONS FOR OUR OFFROAD RACING PROGRAM!

TDK Gen2 is the only traction compound allowed at Da702 (At racing events with controlled tires, traction compound will not be allowed). This will not be tolerated, as you will not be allowed at 702 RC Raceway if you are found with any other traction compound.  During race events, battery charging in a  “Lipo Battery Charging Safety Bag” is MANDATORY, no exceptions.  Chassis protectors are mandatory on all off-road vehicles, as well as shock tower protectors on buggies that they are available for. Please make sure that your car bodies also met the necessary requirement to clear the carpet so that they won’t damage the carpet. We will be checking this out and pulling you off the track if it’s a problem.  If your car breaks on the track, while practice or racing, you need to pull it to a safe place and stop or let a marshal pull it off.  Do not continue to run a damage/broke vehicle.

We DO NOT ALLOW any kind of electronic assist items (Gyros) in our Racing Events.  Automatic Dis-Qualification if caught, and no refund.

We have a novice class. This class is meant for new drivers in the sport. If you’ve raced in any class before, be it on road or off road, other than novice, you will not be allowed to race novice. But once in novice, your times will be evaluated and considered for advancement if the board believes you should move up.

Expert class. If you are chassis, motor, ESC, battery or tire sponsored, we consider you an expert. If you fall within the time perimeters of the experts, we will move you to the expert class!!
